These Terms govern your purchase and use of digital products sold by Kevin Skill Workshop (Kevin技能工坊) via our website and payment partners (including Creem). By buying or downloading our products, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products

We sell digital skill packs / software tooling and related documentation (e.g. “Chinese Office Docs → Markdown”). Prices are shown on the product page in USD unless stated otherwise. Features and limitations on the product page form part of these Terms.

3. Open-source components

Some products include or build upon third-party open-source software (for example Microsoft MarkItDown under the MIT License). Those components remain under their original licenses. You receive a license to use our packaging, configuration, and documentation as described here; open-source licenses continue to apply to upstream code.

4. License grant

• Personal or internal business use of the purchased skill pack on devices you control
• One purchase licenses one buyer account; redistribution, resale, or public re-upload of our packaged skill / docs as a competing paid product is not allowed
• You may not remove attribution required by upstream MIT licenses

5. Important limitations

• The Markdown converter skill does not include OCR for scanned or image-only documents
• Results depend on document structure; complex layouts may need manual cleanup
• You are responsible for having a compatible runtime / agent environment
• Products are provided “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Creem (or another processor shown at checkout). Their terms also apply to the payment transaction. Taxes may be added where required by law or the processor.

7. Delivery

After successful payment you will receive download access, a license key, or install instructions by email or checkout page, usually within minutes. If delivery fails, email maifieldai@gmail.com with your order ID.

8. Refunds

Because this is a digital download / skill pack, we generally offer refunds only if: (a) the file was not delivered and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, or (b) the product page materially misrepresented the features. Refund requests should be sent within 7 days of purchase to maifieldai@gmail.com with your order ID and reason. Chargebacks without contacting us first may result in denial of future purchases.

9. Acceptable use

Do not use our products for illegal activity, to infringe others’ rights, or to process data you are not authorized to handle. You remain responsible for the content of documents you convert.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost data or business interruption).

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued purchases after updates mean acceptance of the new Terms for those purchases.
