This Privacy Policy describes how Kevin Skill Workshop (“we”, “us”, “seller”) collects and uses information when you visit our product pages or purchase digital skills / software packs sold through payment partners such as Creem.

1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

• Purchase & payment data — processed by our payment provider (e.g. Creem and its processors). We may receive your name, email, order ID, product purchased, amount, and payment status. We do not store full card numbers.
• Support emails — if you write to maifieldai@gmail.com, we keep the content needed to reply and resolve your request.
• Basic site logs — our hosting provider (e.g. GitHub Pages, Cloudflare Pages, or Vercel) may automatically collect IP address, user agent, and request timestamps for security and reliability. We do not run advertising trackers on these pages.

3. How we use information

• Fulfill orders and deliver digital downloads / access instructions
• Provide customer support and refunds where applicable under our Terms
• Prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations
• Improve product documentation based on aggregated, non-sensitive feedback

4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the storefront and payments (payment processor, email, hosting), or when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Files you convert

Document conversion runs on your own machine or runtime. We do not receive the contents of your Word / Excel / PDF files unless you voluntarily attach them in a support email.

6. Retention

Order and support records are kept as long as needed for accounting, dispute resolution, and legal requirements, then deleted or anonymized where practical.

7. International transfers

Payment and hosting providers may process data outside your country. By purchasing or contacting us, you understand that such transfers may occur under those providers’ terms.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold. Email maifieldai@gmail.com. For payment-ledger data, we may need to redirect you to the payment provider.

9. Children

Our products are intended for adults and business users. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the revised policy.
